A Positive Start to a Lifetime of Grooming
Grooming is a big part of your dog’s life, so we make sure it starts well. Puppy grooms begin as soon as your pup is fully vaccinated. We gently get them used to the sights and sounds of the salon, building trust and taking away any fears.

Good to Know
When can my puppy start grooming?
As soon as they have been fully vaccinated. Early, gentle visits help them get used to the sights and sounds of the groomers and build confidence for life.
How often should my puppy be groomed?
We advise a puppy groom every 2–3 weeks until 6 months old. By then your puppy will be confident enough for a full adult groom.
What is included in the puppy package?
Five sessions for £155, booked every two weeks: a meet, stay and play visit, an introduction to the equipment with a bath and fluff dry, two full puppy grooms and a bath and tidy. Every puppy gets a graduation certificate and photo at the end.
My dog is nervous or elderly. Can you help?
Yes. We take things slowly, give plenty of reassurance and never rush. Many of our regulars came to us nervous of the groomers and now trot in happily.
How much is a full adult groom?
It depends on your dog’s breed, size and coat. Give us a call or send a WhatsApp message and we will give you a price.
